  • Zoom sessions must be attended at the scheduled time unless otherwise communicated.

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions without notice may not qualify for rescheduling.

All content, branding, training materials, videos, graphics, downloads, and written materials are the intellectual property of How to Win Customers in Service and may not be:

  • Shared

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed
    without written permission.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

We reserve the right to remove access to services for inappropriate conduct.
